-  Where are you located?We are located at 5420 S. Jackson Rd. Edinburg, Texas 78539. Our center is located in the Jackson Village Plaza on the corner of Jackson and Owassa Road. 
-  Do you accept all forms of insurances?We accept a variety of commercial, private, and employee insurances. We also accept private pay. To best serve your needs, please call our office at (956) 631-9000. Our office staff will walk you through the insurance verification process. 
-  Do I need a referral from a doctor?No, self-referrals are accepted. Please contact our office if you would like to schedule an appointment. 
-  What documents do I need for my first visit?If you are an adult, you need your insurance card and a valid ID. For minors, a parent or guardian must be present during the initial intake. Proof of guardianship and appropriate legal documents that support guardianship must be provided. 
-  Who can apply to be a supervisor?All mental health professionals can apply to be a supervisor after they have worked in the field for their board required amount. Each 
-  Do you offer LPC Supervision?Yes, we have several team members who are certified as LPC-Supervisors.
